Dirty, pet hair everywhere, air conditioning not working, Missing parking permit upon checkin. Couch and bed sheets all had "white" stains on them. Asked to get refunded for remaining nights and just left after 1st night.. Company refused to give refund, but told us that no other units were available to move..

I had inquired about the damage insurance prior to making the reservation. The host did not respond to that question. however, once I was checked in, I did receive several communications from the host to make sure things were okay.

Loved the location, the place, and the amenities. Loved the view as the lightening storm rolled in. Beds was comfortable- the plastic protector was HOT! But I understand why it is there. Love that there was a TV in all the rooms- We will be staying here again.

The location and how safe it was. All the loops and hoops to be able to just get into the property.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The bed was comfortable. I loved the quick access to the pool. Everything was really peaceful. My only complaint would be the random tiny centipedes crawling on the floor. I think I killed about 10 of them during my stay. A quick exterminator would solve this problem and this place would be a five out of five.

The apartment felt neglected and in need of significant maintenance and cleaning. While I appreciate the location, I cannot recommend this place until these issues are addressed. I hope the host takes this feedback seriously to improve the experience for future guests.
